Life has been busy, but we are looking forward to things slowing down a bit and have two 5K’s lined up in the next two months.  We took the time to post this because it is literally the most inspiring running video we have ever seen.  If you ever make excuses … if you ever say that you’re too tired, or too weak, or too unprepared for a race … WATCH THIS!
